NOTICE OF INTENT Innovative Engineering & Consulting, Inc (3961 Perry Boulevard, Whitestown, IN 46075) is submitting an NOI (Rule 5) letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Perry Industrial Park, Lot #14, NE Corner of Perry Boulevard and St. Rt. 267 in Whitestown, IN.
