NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice by the Georgetown Board of Zoning Appeals Notice if hereby given that the Georgetown Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Sept. 22, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. in the Georgetown Town Hall, 9111 State Road 64, Georgetown, IN, to consider a petition by Prospect Street Properties LLC, Case Number 13617, to allow the following: A variance to allow the minor subdividing of the lot at 1744-1746 Kepley Road, Georgetown, Indiana 47122, so that the property may be sold individually as condominiums for owner occupation. On property commonly known as 1744-1746 Kepley Road and also described by the following: Lot 23 in Taylor's Addition, Plat No. 636 of the Floyd County, Indiana records, bordering 100 feet on Kepley Road and extending back same width 363 feet, containing 0.833 acres. A copy of this Petition, and all pertaining thereto are on file and available for examination prior to the Public Hearing at the offices of the Georgetown Board of Zoning Appeals located in the Georgetown Town Hall, 9111 State Road 64, Georgetown, Indiana 47122. Written comments in support of or in opposition of the Petition may be filed with or mailed to the Board's staff prior to the Public Hearing at the above address, or filed with the Board of Zoning Appeals Secretary at the Public Hearing.
