NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Town of Zionsville, Boone County, Indiana that the proper legal officers of the Town at their regular meeting place at the Zionsville Town Hall, 1100 West Oak Street, Zionsville, Indiana, at 7:30 a.m. on the 31st of October, 2016, will consider the following additional appropriation in excess of the budget for the current year: Amount Approved Fund Name Budget Classification Amount by Fiscal Body Food & Beverage Fund Economic Development $10,000.00 $10,000.00 (Fund #271) Incentive - Lewellyn (Line item #271001385 Total Food & Beverage Fund $10,000.00 $10,000.00 Total Amount Appropriated - $10,000.00 Funds noted above are available for additional appropriation via a September 2016 balance in the Food & Beverage Fund of $586,623.55. The purpose of the additional appropriation is to provide an economic development incentive to Lewellyn Technology to assist in an expansion project. Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have the right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
