PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of IC 5-3-1-2(h) that on October 17, 2016, the Clarksville Town Council adopted Ordinance No. 016-G-12 entitled An Ordinance Establishing a Period for Abatement of Non-Conforming Commercial Refuse Enclosures (hereinafter referred to as the Ordinance). Notice is further hereby given that the Ordinance requires existing non-conforming commercial refuse enclosures to be brought into compliance with Town standards by not later than January 1, 2019, and establishes civil penalties for continued non-compliance of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), nor more than Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00), for each day that a violation occurs after that date.
