PUBLIC NOTICE The Indiana Department of Environmental Management is giving notice that a Public Hearing is to be held to receive additional public comments on the Revised Voluntary Remediation Work Plan for the Former Johnson Controls Facility site, located at 1302 East Monroe Street in Goshen, Indiana. The Public Hearing is to be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on September 10, 2019 at the: Goshen Public Library 601 South 5th Street, Goshen, Indiana 46526 IDEM is accepting additional public comments on the Revised Remediation Work Plan submitted by Johnson Controls, Inc., Site #4960403; ACS #VL0B7 as part of their fulfillment of a voluntary cleanup. The initial 30 day public comment period for the Revised Remediation Work Plan was held between November 23, 2018 and December 28, 2018. A public hearing is scheduled for September 10, 2019 to accept additional public comments on the Revised Remediation Work Plan submitted by Johnson Controls, Inc.
