This program is funded by Title I of the federal Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended. These funds were used for a community development project that included the following activities: Phase 2 COVID-19 Response program to provide grants for working capital to businesses within the City of Charlestown. The total amount of CDBG funds awarded is $250,000. The amount of CDBG funds used for activities that provided a benefit low- and moderate-income persons is $233,200.
